We have an active music ministry with opportunities to serve the Lord in choir, and special music groups. Our music program is enthusiastic, yet conservative in nature. The purpose of the music ministry at Friendship Free Will Baptist Church is to worship the Lord in song as we prepare our hearts for the preaching of God’s Word. Everyone is encouraged to participate in our lively congregational singing as we seek to bring honor and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ. Our members still sing the "old" hymns out of individual hymnals. Our adult choir sings each Sunday. Our church members also provide well-rehearsed, Godly special music for all services. Congregational singing is a vital part of the music ministry here at Friendship because it calls us all to worship God together. Each Sunday, the adult choir presents beautiful sacred arrangements. We have several special groups that sing together regularly, and we encourage our families who are musically talented to sing together. The music here at Friendship Church is conservative, traditional and God honoring. The Music Ministry is led by Peggy Ledford who has been a blessing to the church for many years. She has a servant's heart and uses her talent for the Lord.
